You can now port your existing phone numbers into CallScaler. Submit a port request from the Numbers page, upload required documents, and track the entire process in real time. You'll get email updates at every step. submission confirmation, transfer date confirmed, and completion. Chat directly with our team through the built-in conversation thread if you have questions.

Support tickets are now handled by an intelligent assistant that investigates your account before responding. New Dashboard

The dashboard has been completely redesigned. Your new home screen features a live "Today" chart comparing today's calls against yesterday, with a metric switcher for qualified calls, total calls, revenue, and minutes. Below the fold: call volume trends, call outcomes, peak hours, AI lead quality distribution, top callers, calls by source, and recent activity. all in a clean grid layout.

The dashboard now shows smart suggestions based on your account setup. Get prompted to enable features like AI Intelligence on specific call flows, Caller ID, or Robocall Blocking. right when they're relevant. Each recommendation explains what it does and why it matters.
